Jonny Bairstow joins Mumbai Indians as Ryan Rickleton’s replacement.
Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans will face each other in the eliminator match of IPL 2025. This match will be played on May 30 at 7:30 pm at New PCA Stadium, Mullanpur. In the current season, both the teams have clashed twice, and both times Shubman Gill’s team has won.

Jonny Bairstow has joined Mumbai Indians as a replacement for Ryan Rickelton. Bairstow remained unsold in the IPL 2025 mega auction and then played county cricket. He has played 50 matches in the IPL so far, scoring 1589 runs at a strike rate of 144.45.
Bairstow has represented Sunrisers Hyderabad and Punjab Kings in 2022 and 2024. Playing for Punjab, he scored a brilliant century at Eden Gardens last year, causing Kolkata to suffer an embarrassing defeat at home.
