In the 47th match of IPL 2025, Rajasthan Royals beat Gujarat Titans by 8 wickets. Rajasthan chased down the 210-run target in only 15.5 overs. This win has kept their chances of reaching the playoffs alive. The star of the match was 14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who scored a brilliant century.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored an impressive 101 runs from just 38 balls against Gujarat Titans, hitting 7 fours and 11 sixes. He reached his fifty in only 17 balls and completed his century in 35 balls, becoming the youngest player to score both a half-century and century in IPL history. He also broke Yusuf Pathan’s record (37 balls) to become the fastest Indian to score a century in the IPL. Chris Gayle still holds the overall record with a 30-ball century.
During his powerful innings, 14-year-old Vaibhav dominated all the Gujarat bowlers, including Mohammad Siraj, Ishant Sharma, and Washington Sundar. He even smashed 28 runs in a single over from Ishant Sharma, hitting three sixes and two fours.
After his match-winning performance, Vaibhav Suryavanshi spoke during the post-match presentation and said,
