Chawla admitted that it will not be easy for Gaikwad as he is struggling to make a place in the team but it will continue. Whenever he gets a chance, he has been successful in capitalizing on it. He is a very special player.
Speaking about Gill, the Mumbai Indians spinner said, ‘Shubman Gill has a good technique. When they go through bad form in their career, batsmen who have good technique come out of bad form quickly. Such batsmen cannot stay out of form for a long time. That’s why I would like to name Gaikwad and Shubman.’
Talking about cricket, Ruturaj Gaikwad is currently playing in the Duleep Trophy 2024, in which he is leading India C. At the same time, Shubman Gill will now be seen playing in the upcoming two-match Test series against Bangladesh, which will start from September 19. The first Test will be held in Chennai, for which the Indian team has started preparing.
